Holy crap. I think my blog just became sentient. Not really sentient, but at least functional!
I published a post on What I’m Watching Blog (https://whatimwatchingblog.wordpress.com/2015/10/31/doll-em-season-2/) and happened to look at the bottom of the page where WordPress gives three options for related posts. And I realized that they were actually sort of related! I would recommend these shows together! The post was for Doll & Em season 2 on HBO. Recommended as similar was Nurse Jackie, Boardwalk Empire and The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Doll & Em probably falls more into the latter category, but on the whole the tone of the shows are all that life is pretty shitty, but not devoid of pleasure. The characters are all just making the best of it.
